Over the years, both Body Beyond Baby and Jen have published numerous articles, appeared on television and won numerous awards. I’ve chosen to include them here as a symbol of my ongoing drive to stand at the top of my field, to lead the way and to create space for others to do the same.

World Record Powerlifter
Amir is the founder of Adonis Athletics and the owner of Adonis Athletics Paddington. He is a competitive powerlifter having represented Australia at 7 international competitions to date including twice at the Arnold Sports Festival and twice at the World Championships. His best lifts are 258kg squat, 150kg bench press and 317.5kg deadlift all at under 83kg in the IPF. He holds the all-time highest deadlift record at under 83kg bodyweight across all federations in Australia.
His best international results are silver medal at 2012 IPF Oceania Powerlifting Championships, silver medal at 2014 Arnold Sports Festival, gold medal at 2014 IPF Asian & Oceania Powerlifting Championships and 5th overall at the 2015 World Championships.

Clint was brought up in the country NSW town of Tamworth. Being involved in Rugby & Water polo, at the highest level in schoolboys and National programs. Including Australian Institute of Sport Talent Id. Being accepted into Sydney University on a Sports Scholarship for Exercise Sports Science, he moved to Sydney in 1996 to begin his first degree and sporting career. After some huge injury setbacks he found his calling as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Trainer. Studying Strength & Conditioning and training methods has led to 2 Masters Degrees in Human Biomechanics and a second in Strength & Conditioning (Sydney University/ Edith Cowan University). He also holds a current Level 3 Australian Strength & Conditioning Association and a Master Strength coach from the National Strength Association (USA).
He has worked with professional Rugby League with the Wests Tigers. Rugby Union with ARU, Southland Rugby and multiple Australian and work ranked professional athletes, actors and taken many people towards weight loss, strength or training goal they set for their life.

Tim Keeley is a Physiotherapist from New Zealand with over 20 years experience in Physiotherapy and the Fitness Industries. He is the Principal Physiotherapist and Director of Physio Fitness, a rehabilitation expert, clinical educator and convention presenter. Tim provides sports physio and physiotherapy treatment, rehab exercises, dry needling, kinesio taping and in-depth rehabilitation programming for pain and sports injuries at our Bondi Junction clinic in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. He is a NSW registered Physiotherapist, internationally credentialed Mckenzie spinal Physiotherapist and member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
He specialises in sports, fitness and training injuries, corrective exercise rehabilitation programs and strengthening for lower back pain and lumbar disc injuries, shoulder pain + surgery, rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, knee pain, patella-femoral pain and ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) reconstruction surgery. Tony is the director of the Boutagy Fitness Institute and has completed a PhD at Charles Darwin University in sports science. He is one of the most highly regarded trainers/educators in Australia. He is also an Adjunct Associate Lecturer at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Previously, Tony has been a lecturer at the Australian Fitness Network, AIF, the Australian Catholic University, NetFit New Zealand and New Zealand Weightlifting. He currently is an editorial board member for The University of the Sunshine Coast’s Fitness Research department, a member of the Australian Institute of Fitness Personal Training Advisory Panel and sits on an expert advisory panel for Fitness Australia.

Associate Professor Simon Rosenbaum is a Scientia Fellow in the School of Psychiatry, UNSW Sydney, and an honorary fellow at the Black Dog Institute. As an exercise physiologist, Simon’s research focuses on physical activity, mental illness, sport for development and global mental health. Simon has worked with a variety of groups including youth, veterans, emergency service workers and refugees.
Simon has published >170 peer-reviewed publications including a textbook. He serves as an elected national director of Exercise and Sports Science Australia and is the President Elect of the Australasian Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. Simon has led international research and capacity building projects, including working in the Rohingya refugee crises in Bangladesh.

I hold a teaching degree in Physical Education and a Sports Science degree (with merit). This academic background, combined with extensive experience in practical applications led to me being in demand for employment as lecturer at the UNSW, UTS & UWS & universities as a resistance studies specialist.
For over two decades I lectured in the Fitness Instructor and Personal Training courses, starting with ACHPER (Australian Council for Health, Physical Education and Recreation), then Network for Fitness Professionals and FIA (Fitness Institute of Australia). I am accredited by the prestigious USA National Strength and CSCS (Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist).
Dr Vinesh Singh
I have been a General Practitioner for over 16 years and completed my medical degree and postgraduate studies in the UK. During my early career as a GP, I worked extensively in aged care environments, including nursing and residential care homes, and witnessed firsthand the serious and often debilitating health issues that can affect people in older age.
One thing that stood out during this time in my career was that, in my view, many of these health issues could have been delayed, or even prevented entirely, if people had made different lifestyle choices earlier in their life.
This shifted the focus of my practice towards a much more proactive and preventative approach.
My vision is to pass on what is taught about science, exercise and physiology in university in a learnable, usable format.
My interest in training and nutrition has led me to study extensively in the USA and at home in Sydney, with a background in physiology and neuroscience. I keep up with the current science, setting aside time each day to review research and study training methodology. Combined with a decade of in-the-trenches experience as a personal trainer, my clients reap the benefits of a coaching approach that blends science with practicality.
